New features for eNVD templates

Based on your feedback, we have recently introduced two new changes to the eNVD templates feature, creating a better user experience.

What’s changing?

1. Certain sections of the templates will no longer automatically populate with outdated information. These sections will now default to ‘blank’, providing flexibility for the user to add details based on individual consignment needs. The affected sections are:

Livestock information, including:

• movement date
• movement time
• number of head
• total head with NLIS electronic ear tags
• total head with NLIS rumen devices
• total number of head
• total number of NLIS electronic ear tags.
  
  

Other forms, including:

• chemical treatments
• by-product stock feeds
• treatments and vaccinations.
  
  

2. Enhancements to the declaration section include:

• Signatures in templates will be saved.
• Declaration checkbox will need to be ticked for each new consignment.
• Date will automatically populate to the date the consignment is created.
  
  

What does this mean?

Users will have the ability to add relevant information as needed based on their consignment needs, without manually deleting information from the previous consignment.

These changes have been designed with the intention of saving users’ time and increasing efficiency.
