You can set up a NLIS account through myMLA. Use the NLIS database to record livestock movements onto your PIC. If agents or third parties are completing database transfers for you, request an ‘upload ID’ for your records. How do I find the correct property owner for a PIC? You can contact your state or territory agricultural department (privacy rules may apply). Search the National Livestock Identification System (NLIS) database for property owner details. FIND THE PIC OWNER
