2026 Integrity Systems Biosecurity Webinar

The Integrity Systems On-farm Biosecurity Risk Management webinar was held on Wednesday 26 August at 7pm (AEST).

 This webinars covered:

•  New mandatory biosecurity plan requirement for Livestock Production Assurance (LPA) accreditation and reaccreditation ​
• An overview of the biosecurity requirements of the Livestock Production Assurance (LPA) program
• Biosecurity plans & measures ​
• Live demonstration: how to create or upload an existing biosecurity plan in your LPA account​
• LPA audits and biosecurity requirements

On-farm Biosecurity signage: Gate signage can be ordered through farmbiosecurity.com.au, a joint initiative of Animal Health Australia and Plant Health Australia. An online search for “Farm Biosecurity Signs” will also return several options.

Bird flu (Avian influenza): The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry advises if you notice sick or dead birds or other animals, you should not touch them. If there are multiple sick or dead birds or other animals, take photos or a video. Record your location and report it to the 24-hour Emergency Animal Disease Hotline on 1800 675 888.
