A property identification code (PIC) reconciliation is a stocktake process where the National Livestock Identification System (NLIS) tags currently on your property are compared to the tags recorded on your PIC in the NLIS database.

From now on, only the current version (0720) of the LPA NVD will be accepted for all species of livestock movements

All red meat producers can have a NLIS account and must ensure all livestock transfers onto their PIC have been completed in their account. Go to the NLIS website to log in or link your account to myMLA
