You can access eNVDs directly through your personalised myMLA dashboard. Once you are on your myMLA dashboard, click on the eNVD tile or access eNVD by using the ‘Linked Services’ dropdown. Follow these steps to use the eNVD web-based system to create your livestock consignment.

Correct, completed and signed Digital eNVDs you have either created or received are accepted as a historical reference document for audits.    If you have printed an eNVD before completing it and have not updated the digital version, then you need to keep the completed printed copy. It is acceptable to show an auditor eNVDs on your computer or mobile device during an audit.

To help livestock agents and administrators go digital, ISC is hosting an eNVD webinar series where ISC’s team of experts will provide more information about digital consignments, answer questions and include live demonstrations of key scenarios.

An eNVD does everything the eDEC does, but is more user-friendly and is free. An eDEC is an electronic copy (like a scanned copy) of the hard copy forms. eNVDs are the digital version of the consignment, they combine all the hard copy forms into a single digital form. You also don’t need a token to create an eNVD - just log on and start a new consignment. Producers and feedlots who have been using the eDEC system already have access to the eNVD so can shift across to the eNVD platform at any point.
