NVD books and new postal requirements: will they impact you?

On 31 May 2026, it became mandatory for all parcels sent via Australia Post to include either a mobile number or email address on the address label.

What this means for LPA-accredited producers
LPA-accredited producers will need to have an email or a mobile phone number associated with their LPA account if they want to place an order for the paper NVD books or offline accreditation packs.

Without the recipient’s email or mobile number, Integrity Systems will be unable to generate the Australia Post label required to fulfil any order.

Are you impacted?

  1. Check whether an up-to-date mobile or email address is associated with your LPA account.
  2. If there is no email or mobile number associated with your LPA account (or you’re unsure how to check), contact our customer service team on 1800 683 111. They will be able to check and update your details where necessary. This will ensure we can fulfil any orders placed for NVD books or offline accreditation packs.

Do you know someone who may be impacted?
If you think you know a producer who may need to update their LPA contact details, please mention the new Australia Post requirements to them and suggest they check their LPA account has the required details by calling the customer service team on 1800 683 111.

Order an offline accreditation pack
If you need offline accreditation, please contact the customer service team on 1800 683 111 to order and purchase your pack. You will need to return the completed pack to maintain accreditation.
