Helpdesk 24/7 access now available with new self-service feature

The Integrity Systems Company (ISC) Helpdesk is now available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for producers seeking fast, easy access to a range of commonly requested services. 

Recent updates to the ISC Helpdesk system have meant that producers can now choose to self-serve for certain ISC services, rather than speaking with a customer service officer.

Self-service is now available for producers who need to:

  • order National Vendor Declaration (NVD) books for cattle, sheep and goats  
  • reset passwords for Livestock Production Assurance (LPA) and National Livestock Identification System (NLIS) accounts 
  • recover their LPA user ID 
  • learn how to complete the electronic National Vendor Declaration (eNVD).

Producers who want to use the self-service function must ensure the phone number they use to access the Helpdesk is the mobile or landline phone number listed in their LPA  account.

While the self-service function is available for the above services at any time,  producers also have the option to speak with a customer service officer during normal business hours (9am to 5pm AEDT). The ISC Helpdesk will also continue to transfer calls to relevant state departments of agriculture when required.
